Colita de Cuadril al Horno

Ingredientes:

- 1 Colita de cuadril
- 150 gr. de panceta ahumada
- 1 cebolla grande
- 1/2 Morrón cortado en Juliana
- 1 Cdita Ají La Manchega
- 1 Cda de Orégano La Manchega
- Sal

Preparación:

1. Ahuecar el centro de la colita y rellenar con la cebolla y el morrón cortados en juliana, agregando al relleno el Orégano y el Ají.

2. Luego Salpimentar la colita a gusto y untarla con aceite. Colocarla en una asadera aceitada y llevar al horno.

3. Cocinar a Fuego Moderado, Dando vuelta varias veces la carne como los vegetales que se haya decidido incluir para acompañar la misma, hasta que este bien cocida.
