Filetes de Pollo, sano y fácil

4 porciones.

Ingredientes:

4 pechugas o 2 supremas de pollo
3 manzanas verdes
12 ciruelas secas sin carozo
6 rodajas de jamón cocido magro
Sucaryl Sucralosa, cantidad necesaria
Rocío vegetal

Preparación:

Lavar las manzanas y cortar en fetas finas, colocar sobre fuente de horno untada con rocío vegetal, cortar las pechugas en trozos y colocar sobre el colchón de manzanas alternando con las ciruelas, llevar a horno medio durante 45 minutos. Retirar, cubrir con las fetas de jamón y espolvorear con Sucaryl Sucralosa. Llevar a horno 8 minutos más. Servir acompañado de puré de calabaza y hojas verdes.
