Ingredientes:

- 300 grs. de papas cortadas en cuadritos y fritas
- 100 grs. de panceta ahumada, en cubitos
- Una cebolla cortada en tiras
- 100 grs. de arvejas
- 100 grs. de jamón cocido, en tiras
- 3 huevos batidos
- 20 cc. de crema de leche
- Sal
- Pimienta blanca molida La Manchega
- Ajo y Perejil La Manchega
- Aceite

Preparación:

Colocar en una sartén grande, un chorrito de aceite y freír la panceta y la cebolla hasta que estén bien doradas.

Agregar las arvejas y el jamón cocido. Remover. Batir los huevos con sal y pimienta blanca molida y agregarles la crema. Revolver. Echar esta mezcla a la sartén, junto con las papas. Remover bien hasta que los huevos estén cocidos.

Servir bien caliente y espolvoreado con ajo y perejil.
