Si estás en un plan para adelgazar o simplemente deseas comer menos dulces, estos consejos pueden ayudarte a combatir la ansiedad.

- Incluir a lo largo del día alimentos variados (lácteos, frutas, verduras, carnes, harinas, pan) en cantidades moderadas.

- Elegir a menudo aquellos alimentos que poseen sabor dulce pero que son poco calóricos como yogures, frutas, gelatinas dietéticas, bebidas y postres sin azúcar (light).

- Limitar el consumo de café o bebidas cola u otras sustancias estimulantes.

- Consumir alimentos ricos en fibra, te dan más sensación de saciedad.

- Tomar abundantes líquidos.

- Evitar tener al alcance alimentos "peligrosos" para evitar la tentación en momentos de ansiedad.

-Cuando sientas que la ansiedad puede mas que vos, no reacciones inmediatamente... trata de primero detenerte, reflexionar y buscar alternativas mas saludables.

Realizar ejercicio físico también puede ayudarte a lograr un peso saludable y a disminuir la ansiedad.
