Feriados laborables y no laborables del 2020

Feriados laborables y no laborables del 2020
¿Estás planeando tus vacaciones? ¿Querés saber cómo hacer el mejor uso de tus días de licencia? ¿Te gusta planificar algún fin de semana largo? Te acercamos el calendario del año próximo con un detalle de los feriados.

Como primera observación señalamos el año 2020 es un año bisiesto, por lo que el mes de febrero tiene un día más.

Mencionado esto, vamos a los feriados nacionales.

Dentro de los feriados nacionales están los laborables y los no laborables. Antes de pasar al desglose por mes recordamos que los  no laborables son cinco:

- 1ro de enero: Año Nuevo
- 1ro de mayo: Día de los Trabajadores
- 18 de julio: Jura de la Constitución
- 25 de agosto: Declaratoria de la Independencia
- 25 de diciembre: Navidad / Día de la Familia

En el 2020, el domingo 1ro  de marzo será feriado no laborable a raízde que la Transmisión de mando del Presidente de la República se realizará ese día.

Ahora si, mes por mes:

Enero

- Miércoles 1ro de enero: Año Nuevo - feriado no laborable.

- Lunes 6 de enero: Día de los Niños - feriado laborable.

Febrero

- 24 de febrero: Carnaval - feriado laborable - lunes.
- 25 de febrero: Carnaval – feriado laborable – martes.

Marzo

- Domingo 1 de marzo - no laborable .
Transmisión de mando del Presidente de la República.

Abril

- Semana de Turismo del domingo 5 al sábado 11 - Es laborable.

- Domingo 19 de abril: Desembarco de los 33 Orientales  – feriado laborable.

Mayo

- Viernes 1ro de mayo: Día de los Trabajadores – feriado no laborable.

- Lunes 18 de mayo: Batalla de las Piedras – feriado laborable .

Junio

- Viernes 19 de junio: Natalicio de Artigas -  feriado laborable.
Julio

-  Sábado 18 de julio – Jura de la Constitución – feriado no laborable.

Agosto

- Martes 25 de agosto – Declaratoria de la Independencia – feriado no laborable.

Setiembre

No tiene feriados

Octubre

-  Lunes 12 de octubre – Día de la Raza – feriado laborable.

Noviembre

- Lunes 2 de noviembre – Día de los muertos – feriado laborable.

Diciembre

- Viernes 25 de diciembre – Día de la familia/Navidad – feriado no laborable.

Este año, tendremos más feriados que caen en lunes o viernes que el año pasado, por lo que hay más posibilidades de fines de semana largos 😉

Finalmente cabe mencionar finalmente que han establecido como feriados pagos a determinados días y para el personal de alguna actividad específica. Tal es el caso del 19 de agosto, día de la trabajadora doméstico y otros varios.
