Ingredientes

Para el manjar:

1 litro de leche descremada
4 cdas almidón de maíz
2 cdas de coco rallado
2 cdas Sucaryl Sucralosa Granulado

Salsa:

100 grs. de ciruelas secas sin carozo
1/2 litro de agua
1/2 cda de Sucaryl Sucralosa Granulado

Preparación:

Licuar la leche junto al almidón, el coco y el Sucaryl Sucralosa, llevar a fuego revolviendo con cuchara de madera hasta que espese. Colocar en un molde previamente mojado y llevar a la heladera hasta que se endurezca. Cocinar las ciruelas con el agua y el Sucaryl Sucralosa. Dejar reducir, enfriar y licuar. Servir el manjar chorreado con la salsa.

200 g de azúcar equivalen a 1 taza de azúcar, por lo que debería usar una taza de Sucaryl Sucralosa granulado. La equivalencia es 1 taza azúcar = 1 taza granulado, pero no en peso, ya que el granulado pesa menos que el azúcar. Saludos!

quisiera tener mas informacion sobre este nuevo producto sucarylsucralosa granulado como ser equivalencia con el azucar dado que si por ej la receta indica 200gs necsito 2 paquetes ??
