Demanda Judicial
Para reclamar el pago de la pensión alimenticia es necesario presentar una demanda ante un Juez de Familia. Para realizar esta presentación ante el Juez se necesita de la intermediación de un abogado. 

Oficios judiciales por pensión alimenticia
Consiste en la presentación de la retención judicial por pensión alimenticia en BPS. Los emite un Juez de familia.

BPS
El Banco de Previsión Social lleva un Registro Nacional de Obligados Alimenticios (obligados judicialmente al pago de pensiones alimenticias). Cuando haya una resolución de juez se puede presentar una retención judicial por pensión alimenticia. Es necesario el oficio judicial dirigido a BPS. Más información: enlace aquí.
