Ingredientes:

- Bifes de pescado (por ejemplo, merluza; se calcula uno por persona)
- Condimento verde La Manchega
- Dos cucharadas de queso blanco
- Media taza de leche
- Ajil La Manchega

Preparaci�n:

En una asadera especial para microondas, colocar los bifes de pescado, rociados con condimento verde.

Cubrirlos con un film (al que se le hacen unas perforaciones) y cocinarlos unos minutos al micro.

Cuando est� casi pronto, cubrir los bifes con una mezcla de queso blanco, leche y ajil. Colocar nuevamente en el micro.

�Es f�cil y delicioso!

Nota: las cantidades de queso blanco y leche, variar�n de acuerdo al gusto de cada persona (si quieren que la cobertura quede m�s consistente o m�s l�quida).

Existen excelentes libros de cocina con detalles y consejos exactos, pero en general cuando cocinamos en casa, terminamos adaptando estas recetas a nuestra propia realidad y conveniencia... y es desde all�, que resultan estas publicaciones. Cuando se publican recetas, hay que ser muy preciso y no hablar al tanteo (ver libro Crandon). Por ejemplo dice: "cocinarlos unos minutos"... �qu� son "unos minutos"? �a qu� potencia? Y para finalizar dice, "despu�s de agregarle lo indicado, colocar nuevamente en el micro"... �cu�nto m�s tiempo? �aprox.?
