Postre individual reducido en az�car: crumble de pera

Preparado con fruta de estaci�n, este es un postre individual para comer en una porci�n justa, sin excesos y reducida en az�car.

Ingredientes:

- 1 pera

- 2 cucharadas de harina integral

- 1 cucharada de manteca fr�a

- 2 sobres de edulcorante

- Frutos secos

- 2 cucharadas de agua

Preparaci�n:

Cortar la pera en l�minas finitas y colocarle un sobre de edulcorante.

Hacer un arenado con la harina, la manteca y un sobre de edulcorante.

En un recipiente individual ir alternando, capas de la pera cortada finita y el arenado.

Colocar las dos cucharadas de agua por arriba, junto con los frutos secos.

Llevar al horno por 10 minutos.

Servir con yogur natural.
