Para cuando no sepan qué hacer con tanto plátano maduro, preparen estas galletas… ¡son facilísimas! ¡No podrán creer los pocos ingredientes que llevan!

Ingredientes:

- 3 plátanos (bananas) maduros
- 2 tazas de avena laminada
- Canela (opcional)

Preparación:

Precalentamos el horno a 180°C.

Pelamos los plátanos y los ponemos en un bowl.

Molemos los plátanos, agregamos la canela (si la estamos usando) y agregamos la avena.

Horneamos por 15 minutos a 180°C… ¡Y LISTAS! 


Variaciones:

- Coco/naranja: 2/3 taza de coco rallado y una cucharadita de esencia de naranja.

- Vainilla/quínoa: una taza de pipocas de quínoa (quínoa inflada) y una cucharadita de esencia de vainilla.

- Chips de chocolate: una taza de chips o trocitos de chocolate.

- Castaña de cajú y dátiles: una cucharadita de canela en la masa, y dátiles picados y/o castañas de cajú enteras, para decorar cada galleta.

Hola, María! Antes que todo, agradecemos mucho tu comentario. Sí, hemos probado de hacer estas galletas y realmente quedan exquisitas y son super rápidas.
Mira, te contamos que las bananas no se sustituyen... son la base de estas galletas. Por lo que primero las mueles, luego agregas la mezcla de cualquiera de sus variaciones y por último, la avena. Muy buena receta, parece quedar riquísima y super rápida. Una consulta: en las variaciones sustituyo las bananas por la variación que vaya a utilizar, por ejemplo las de coco? O a la primera mezcla con las bananas maduras, se le agrega cualquiera de las variaciones explicadas después?
