Sustituto del azúcar de mesa: endulzando con salsa de dátiles
Esta salsa es ideal para usarla como sustituto del azúcar... va bien con todo y tiene tan solo ¡tres ingredientes!

Ingredientes

• 175 grs. de dátiles sin carozo 
• 250 ml. de agua caliente
• Una cucharadita de jugo de limón


Preparación

Ponemos los dátiles en un jarro, agregamos el agua caliente y dejamos remojar por al menos una hora.

Pasada la hora, estarán más blandos.

Procesamos a alta velocidad junto con el jugo de limón, hasta lograr una salsa homogénea.

Transferimos a un frasco y guardamos refrigerada. Dura semanas.


Ideal para ponerle por encima a las Galletitas de avena.
